PRODUCT SUPPORT

We provide on line Help files to assist you with preparing your project using fpBuilder, and we welcome your comments and suggestions on how these can be improved. The Documents section of fpBuilder also contains hints and suggestions on how to build individual sections of your proposal. This level of documentation should provide you with the means to complete your proposal in most circumstances, and we will continue to revise and update it in the light of user experience.

Additional support is available by purchasing a Product Support Contract which provides on-line access to an fpBuilder expert to answer any questions you may have in relation to the use of fpBuilder.
